Tech Jobs Radar works without an account. If you do not log in, your profile and saved jobs are kept only in your own browser (local storage) and nothing about you is stored on the server. CV text you paste to detect skills is processed once and not stored.
If you create an account

Only a one-way hash of each login link and session token is stored, never the token itself. There are no passwords. The legal basis is performance of the service you ask for (GDPR article 6(1)(b)). The session cookie is strictly necessary, so it needs no cookie consent. There are no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
On the My profile tab you can download everything stored about you as a JSON file, and delete your account. Deleting removes your e-mail address, profile, saved jobs and sessions from the server straight away. You can also ask for correction or deletion, or object, through the contact below, and you can complain to the Dutch data protection authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Who processes it
Tech Jobs Radar is run by Shreya Sebastian, Eindhoven, the Netherlands. The data is stored on servers in the European Union. Login e-mails are sent through an e-mail delivery service acting as processor. Data is not sold or shared with employers or recruiters.

Tech Jobs Radar werkt zonder account. Als je niet inlogt, staan je profiel en bewaarde vacatures alleen in je eigen browser (local storage) en wordt er niets over jou op de server opgeslagen. Cv-tekst die je plakt om skills te herkennen wordt één keer verwerkt en niet bewaard.
Als je een account aanmaakt

Van elke inloglink en sessie wordt alleen een eenrichtingshash opgeslagen, nooit de link zelf. Er zijn geen wachtwoorden. De grondslag is de uitvoering van de dienst die je vraagt (AVG artikel 6 lid 1 sub b). Het sessiecookie is strikt noodzakelijk en vraagt daarom geen cookietoestemming. Er zijn geen analytische, advertentie- of trackingcookies.
Je rechten
Op het tabblad Mijn profiel kun je alles wat over jou is opgeslagen downloaden als JSON-bestand, en je account verwijderen. Verwijderen haalt je e-mailadres, profiel, bewaarde vacatures en sessies direct van de server. Je kunt ook via het contact hieronder om correctie of verwijdering vragen of bezwaar maken, en je kunt een klacht indienen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Wie het verwerkt
Tech Jobs Radar wordt beheerd door Shreya Sebastian, Eindhoven. De gegevens staan op servers in de Europese Unie. Inlogmails worden verstuurd via een e-maildienst die als verwerker optreedt. Gegevens worden niet verkocht of gedeeld met werkgevers of recruiters.
